Hailing from Dubuque Iowa, Karl Williams holds a few creative titles including professional tattooer, illustrator, painter, and proprietor.  Karl has been tattooing for the past 16 years, although he has been creating art his entire life through various mediums. 

Currently, Karl owns and operates a successful tattoo and art space in Dubuque.  In more recent years, Karl has immersed his passion into fantasy art painting; where he is focused on composing pieces for an up-and-coming board game he is creating, leading painting classes for artists in the community, and even speaking to local elementary school art students about painting and what being an art creator is all about.
